Located just outside Toowoomba's CBD, our client has been a respected and iconic member of the local hospitality industry for over 16 years. Due to continued growth they require a multi skilled office administrator to join their team. Reporting directly to the owners, you will be responsible for ensuring all administration processes are managed and kept up-to-date. Your main duties will include but not be limited to:
- Entering invoices into MYOB,
- Assisting with payroll;
- Receiving and responding to general enquiries, including function bookings;
- Managing staff inductions and employee files;
- Assisting with marketing including Social Media and on premises advertisements;
- Reconciliation of takings and preparation of daily floats; and
- Balancing of the safe and ATM.
In order to be considered for this role you will have demonstrated experience in administration and accounts positions and ideally, have experience with MYOB. Previous exposure to the hospitality industry is not required however, an excellent attention to detail and a willingness to take on a broad range of responsibilities are key criteria. Finally, this is will be a "people centric" role and as such, we are looking for individuals that display excellent communication and people skills.
