About the role:

Our client is transitioning from a paper-based safety document system and process to a computer-based software package. As the Project/Data Administrator your responsibilities will include:
  • Provide high quality administrative input and support;
  • Complete documentation, data entry and associated tasks;
  • Develop, implement and maintain computer-based organisational systems;
  • Identify issues, propose solutions and implement improvements;
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with your colleagues who are also transitioning to the new system; and
  • Uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
About you:

To be successful in the role, you will have proven experience in computer/data systems from an admin perspective. You will also possess:
  • A good understanding of computer systems and their integrations with administrative processes;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques;
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in dynamic environments; and
  • Possess an enthusiastic, positive and customer focused attitude.
