Accuracy and Attention to Detail in the Workplace
Whether you’re booking appointments, making calculations, working within strict guidelines, building a house, taking payments, typing documents, taking a food order, liaising with patients, or whatever it may be, accuracy and attention to detail is a very valuable and in some cases critical skills. It is also a skill that is not easily assessed in an interview.
At JP Smith, we believe testing someone’s speed, accuracy and attention to detail prior to an offer of employment being made is an essential part of the recruitment process. For us to run this test, yes it does come with a small fee but that fee is significantly small when you start to think about the consequences for your business of hiring someone who doesn’t meet the standard you need in that role.

We can help! We have two options, we can run a computer based online test to assess a candidate’s speed and accuracy and their attention to detail and present you with the report. We also have an in person test that is assessed by our in-house Psychologist who will then give you their Psychological Report with information on the results.
