Our EQ-Teams program aims to understand the team dynamic and deliver practical, hands-on strategies that can be used in the workplace on day one.
So what is "EQ"?
Emotional Intelligence (or EQ for short) is a set of skills that influence how people understand and express their own emotions, interact with others and make effective decisions in challenging situations. EQ forms the building blocks of communication, resilience, time management, flexibility and interpersonal effectiveness.
Our EQ-Teams Program has been built around a tool called the EQ-i 2.0, an evidence-based and industry-leading tool that combines 20+ years of research and development. Add in JP Smith's practical knowledge of what works and you have EQ-Teams.
Each team member will receive a one-hour individual feedback session, followed by a half-day group workshop and a follow-up workshop after eight weeks. With the flexibility to complete the questionnaire online, at any time, the process is convenient and cost effective!
