Recruitment is an important part of business and we believe doing it well is also very important so we want to give you some tips to help you in your recruitment process.

Early on, running a successful advertising campaign is a beneficial step after deciding who exactly it is you're looking for.  

Then interviewing those who are of interest using the same interview questions each time and ideally utilising behavioural interviewing techniques.  

Conducting reference checks with the preferred candidate's previous supervisors or managers.  Don't get caught up in doing reference checks for people who can't provide relevant and objective information about the candidates working history.  

Hiring a Registered Psychologist to conduct Psychological Testing of the preferred candidate is a great way to gain further access to a person's behaviour and performance ability as well as help with positive performance management.  

Informing other applicants that their application has been unsuccessful.
