We are partnered with a progressive Engineering Consultancy who has been providing their services to construction, government and infrastructure for over 40 years. This Administrator role has part time hours, ideally 5 days per week with the hours each day being flexible and accommodating to school hours if you wish.

About the role:

Reporting through to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:
  • Personal assistant tasks and functions;
  • Answering phones and liaising with internal staff and external clients;
  • Working with engineers to ensure administrative information remains up to date and deadlines are met;
  • Word processing documents including Proposals, Reports and Specifications;
  • Invoicing;
  • Organising meetings and site visits; and
  • Other general administrative tasks.  
About you:

To be successful in the role, you will have a professionally assertive nature that will see you ensuring deadlines are met, data is submitted on time and outcomes are achieved. Good liaison and customer service skills, phone manner and an enthusiastic, positive disposition, will position you well for success.
