Our client is seeking a customer service professional to join their team as a Contact Centre Officer. This organisation has a focus on agribusiness and is the pivot point for farming and rural operations across Australia. It enables the efficient and effective capture of data from farmers and growers and provides related services to them, as well as their stakeholders.

This exciting opportunity will see you:
  • Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls;
  • Speaking and building relationships with farmers/ growers;
  • Verifying personal details such as addresses and bank account details; and
  • Entering relevant information into the organisation’s database.
This role is an 8:30am to 5pm schedule, 5 days per week, totalling 37.5 hours with the flexibility to work from home for 4 days and be in the office on a Wednesday. You will be required to be on the phone throughout the day, accepting and making calls, as such, background noise is not deemed professional. Having access to a quiet, uninterrupted workspace will help you thrive.

In addition, warm, friendly and professional phone manner will position you well to succeed in the role as you will be engaging with people. You will need to build trust so that clients feel comfortable and confident discussing their personal and sensitive information with you.
