Our client is a leading software company based in Toowoomba, that has been servicing rural Australia for over 30 years. They are seeking a Customer Service Officer with high level communication skills to assist their clients get the best out of their product. This position will see you providing assistance and answering queries from current and prospective clients. The product is intuitive, user friendly and comprehensive training will be provided. Your role will also include:
- Assisting clients in navigating and operating the product;
- Delivering online and in-person training for both individual and small groups;
- Developing visual procedural aids and content such as walk-through tutorial videos and user guides to assist clients in navigating the product;
- Demonstrating and explaining the product to potential clients; and
- Participating in the testing of new product releases.
- Great communication skills, particularly over the phone;
- Good general computer skills;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; and
- High levels of motivation, integrity and ethical practice (as you will be dealing with people’s sensitive information).
