An interview shows you how someone presents. Psychological and psychometric testing shows you how they are likely to perform — how they handle pressure, whether they follow through without supervision, how quickly they pick a job up, and how they will sit alongside, or lead, the team you already have.
Order online from anywhere. Your candidate completes the assessment in their own time, on any device, and a registered Psychologist interprets the result against the role you are filling.
Interpreted by a Psychologist, not scored by a server
Most online assessment is software. The candidate answers, a server scores it, and you receive a page of percentiles to interpret yourself. Ours includes a Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency reading your candidate's results against the job you described and writing what they mean — where the risk sits, what to probe at interview, whether to proceed. You are paying for the judgement, not the questionnaire.
What we assess
- Personality profiling — the five major domains: emotional stability, extraversion, openness, agreeableness and conscientiousness
- Cognitive and reasoning ability — verbal, abstract, spatial and mechanical reasoning, comprehension and logic
- Critical thinking — judgement and decision-making, for senior and executive appointments
- Full psychological profiling — personality, cognitive assessment and an interview with a psychologist, for roles where the appointment carries real risk
What it costs
Our online psychometric personality profile is AUD $835 + GST per candidate, or AUD $800 + GST each in packs of five. Full psychological profiling starts at AUD $2,885 + GST, and is included at no extra charge when we also place the role for you on a permanent basis.
Results generally come back within 24 hours of the candidate completing the assessment.

How it works if you are not in Australia
The assessment itself is completed online, so your candidate can sit it wherever they are. Our psychologists work Australian Eastern time and write reports in English. If your candidate is completing the assessment in a second language, tell us before you order — it affects how the results should be read, and we will say so plainly rather than hand you a number that flatters the wrong conclusion.
